Your favorite TV family is all grown up

    Bill Cosby is a TV icon. He shined in his role as Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable. After the show, he starred in "The Cosby Mysteries," "Cosby," and hosted "Kids Say the Darndest Things." He's also made some other appearances, in addition to writing and producing "Fat Albert" in 2004. Most recently Mr. Cosby has been defending himself against rape allegations. Raven Symone has also defended her on-screen step-grandfather.

    Phylicia Rashad played the confident lawyer Clair Olivia Huxtable (loosely based on Cosby's real life wife Camille Olivia). She also guest-starred on “Touched by an Angel” and “Everybody Hates Chris.” Ms. Rashad hit the big screen in movies like “For Colored Girls,” and “A Raisin in the Sun” and was in a number of Broadway productions including "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof".

    In 1986, at age 6, Keshia Knight Pulliam received an Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actress for her role as Rudy Huxtable. She went on to appear in "Beauty Shop" 9 years later. She had a role in "Madea Goes to Jail", as well as playing Miranda on Tyler Perry's "House of Payne." In 2004 she was a video girl in Chingy's music video for "One Call Away".

    Raven-Symoné was adorable as Olivia. After the show her career took off appearing in "The Little Rascals," "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper," and two "Doctor Dolittle" films. She then starred in her own Disney Channel show "That's So Raven" and had a role in "State of Georgia". She played Deloris Van Cartier in "Sister Act" on Broadway, but was most recently in the news for telling Oprah "I'm not an African American; I'm an American."

    Malcolm-Jamal Warner, aka Theo Huxtable, has starred in TV shows including "Malcolm & Eddie," "Jeremiah" and "Listen Up." He also played an English professor on the BET sitcom "Reed Between the Lines" and had a recurring role on NBC's "Community."

    Tempestt Bledsoe played the smart and nosy fourth child, Vanessa Huxtable. She still continued her TV career thanks to NBC's "Guys With Kids" and brought back a little bit of Vanessa in her new role, playing a hard-working mom.

    Sondra Huxtable, played by Sabrina Le Beauf, was the eldest Huxtable child and did not exist in the pilot episode. She since has appeared in "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Cosby" and "Fatherhood."

    Lisa Bonet's character, Denise Huxtable, marched to the beat of her own drum. She’s since appeared in "Enemy of the State" and "High Fidelity". Lisa's daughter with Lenny Kravitz, Zoë, is also an actress appearing in "It's Kind of a Funny Story" and "X-Men: First Class."

    Erika Alexander, who was brought on in the last two seasons to play cousin Pam, went on to appear in "Living Single" in 1993. She most recently guest-starred on "Suburgatory" and "Suits."

    Joseph C. Phillips has made appearances on "The District" and "General Hospital" after playing Denise's husband, Martin. Recently, he has guest-starred on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager."

    Deon Richmond, played Rudy's friend Kenny aka "Bud". He later went on to play Lewis on "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper", Jordan on "Sister Sister", and in movies like "Not Another Teen Movie" among others.

    Earle Hyman played Cliff's Jazz trombone playing father Russell. He has since appeared on "All My Children," "Cosby" and "Twice in a Lifetime." He is now 87.

    Clarice Taylor, who played Cliff's mom Anna, appeared in "Sommersby" and "Smoke" after the series was over. Unfortunately she passed away in 2011 at 93 years old. Rest in peace Clarice.

    4 year old Alicia Keys got her television debut as a friend of Rudy's. She is seen on Dr. Huxtable's knee at Rudy' Birthday party. Pretty sure you know what she's up to now!

    Since playing Elvin, Geoffrey Owens has guest-starred on series like "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." He also guest starred on his "Cosby Show" co-star’s show "That's So Raven" in 2007.
